The role is based in Johannesburg and reports to the Community Manager Team Lead.
- Engage with the public and assisting bank customers
- Assist in establishing bank’s online presence and persona
- Relevant qualification
- 2 – 3 years Community Management experience
- Previous experience working with financial products ADVANTAGEOUS as you will be helping consumers to understand them
- Attend regular product training sessions in order to learn how to provide correct “financial advice”
- Excellent command of the English language – written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
